Media adding has to be done by click and drop of files from your hard disk or through a specific menu

It's also possible put in front a category but putting a color sticker on it.
While you add media, the support of EXIF, IPTC and XMP metadata standards allows to extract many metadata and by the way save some precious time.
The exclusion of empty words such as ,a,the, this, but, or, therefore, ... is performed automatically during indexing.
Manual editing of metadata allows you to enter your information by unit or by batch.
Metadata templates (recurring values) can be applied to one or multiple elements.
